Audible is 60% off for Cyber Monday, and is a great way to load up on Warhammer books

It’s Cyber Monday, which means Amazon is offering a host of deals. One bargain in particular is perfect for anyone with even a passing interest in the Black Library, the collection of fiction set in the worlds of Warhammer. This includes the classic Warhammer fantasy setting, tales in the new Age of Sigmar, and a whole smorgasbord of books set in the sci-fi future of Warhammer 40K.

The current Audible deal is one of the most affordable ways to peruse this vast library of 40K content on a budget. You can grab a subscription to Audible Premium Plus at $5.95 a month for the first four months, with an additional $20 in Audible credit. This 60% off deal only lasts until the end of the day, so make sure to take advantage as it’s one of the best ways to catch up on Warhammer 40K series like the Horus Heresy, or the finale of the Siege of Terra series, The End and The Death.

While the Horus Heresy books are one of the most popular 40K stories, it can be tough to actually find the physical novels. Books like Echoes of Eternity or Master of Mankind can go out of print, and physical printings often sell out before fans have a chance to grab a paperback copy. Narrators like Jonathan Keeble and Toby Longworth give the narration a real sense of gravitas.

There are also tons of titles on Audible that tie into more modern parts of the 40K setting. Dan Abnett’s Inquisitor novels, like the Eisenhorn and Ravenor series, are considered some of the best 40K books for new readers. Robert Rath’s Necron novel, The Infinite and the Divine, is also well worth a listen. Audible rewards a credit for each month a user is subscribed, which allows a certain liberty in sampling new novels — some of which, I’m sure, are not related to Warhammer.
